1. Make sure you know all the cheers really well, so you don't have to think about them.
2. Show lots of energy, even when it isn't your turn. Cheer for everyone. Smile even when you don't think anybody is watching you; somebody will be.
3. Wear an appropriate outfit. Don't go crazy with make-up. Wear your hair away from your face.
4. Make eye contact with the judges. Give them your biggest, cheesiest smile.

Have confidence in the person that is suppose to catch you.
Stay a live with the group and stay perky, smiling and do not stop moving.

do ur moves and at the end show some skins, also wear tongs and do a hight jump or split
