are we living under constitutional law? if not , who do we sue to get it back in the original form?

I say fire every sob and get people that remember and love this country when we had respect and dispatched our enemies justly and quick.

I say the American people sue Congress, the Senate, the President, the Judicial system, and the ACLU. You know, that really isn't a bad idea. We could bring a class-action lawsuit against them. Imagine millions of people suing their own government. Wow, what a concept. I think it would be the biggest in history. And to think, we elect these people to represent us. Only in America! (Thank God!) We should really consider this....
