There are several methods. You can apply a small amount of liminent rub over the affected area and gently massage it with your fingers for several minutes then take a rest. Applying Ice helps as well as the freezing temperature of the ice overrides the pain in the head, keeping the pain off temporarily. According to Penn and Teller, sexual masturbation can help relieve body aches and even headaches. That may sound weird, but if it works, why not give it a shot?

The honey and sugar scrub will help get rid of the flaky skin. Then use organic coconut oil (put in a small (preferably glass)container you can keep with you) every 30 minutes or so till less dry. Then as needed. You can add a drop or two of Young Living lavender essential oil to the cc oil--I don't trust any other EO. Drink lots of water, and DON'T lick your lips.

Drink lots and lots of water. I bet you don't drink enough water. They say to drink 8 glasses a day and if you drink soda or coffee, then you need to drink 4 glasses for every one of these. Caffeine is a diuretic and makes you urinate, so you have to drink more water. If you do this continually, it's possible you will have less occuring headaches. Stay in a dark place. Take a hot bath.

Why not take the time to find out what is causing your headache? Then get it treated. It is never normal to have a headache. Something has to cause them to occur. So get with it and try to have them eliminated.

I find that the Dream Time Balm from Lush Cosmetics helps a little bit with migraines. Just rub it in on your forehead or under your nose and lie down in a quiet place.
