It seems to me that we are fighting a Christiandom vs. Muslim war and the the formerly moderates are being pulled into the conflict through the barrages of murderous scenes we hear see and read.
In 1901 Queen Victoria claimed the "World was far too civilised
to go to war" - she also believed she represented the other 10 tribes of Israel so take her words as you will - the great war broke out in 1914
Do you think this is going to turn ut to be a world war where we are fighting along racial lines? The FBI and RCMP are already watching certain ethnic groups and it sure as hell seems that way to me

I chalenge you to show me where in the bible it say "and who behold the third war will be about race" ? Or that there would be 3 world wars or at any point said anything that couldn't apply to everything that has ever happened or is likely to happen

Well, I'm not exactly sure that it should be broken down into two distinct groups. I mean, I'm Christian, and don't hate Muslims, I just pray for them. Also, I think sometimes it seems like it's a racial thing because of who's fighting. For instance, all of the terriorists seem to be Muslim, NOT all of the Muslims seem to be terrorists. There is a lot of racial/religious/social stress in the Middle East, but I wouldn't go as far as to say this whole war is based on race or religion. I believe (and hope) that it's based more on right and wrong, and keeping people safe in the long run.
I know that sounds completely wrong, considering all of the people dying everyday over there, but think of it this way. Without war, we would never have peace. Really. WWII- if countries hadn't fought against the Nazi's, then how would we have the peace that we basically do between Jews, non-Jews,
and ethnic groups in Europe? Sure, it's not 100% perfect, but it's better than it was. I hope this long-winded opinion didn't bore you too much, but helped you instead. I'm praying for u.

I don't think it will be a race war but I'm sure there will be many wars to come. But keep in mind it takes to even or close to even powers to have a war. What you are seeing in the middle east is not a war. It was the little kid picking on the bigger kid till the big kid got tired of it and started thumping the little kids @ss.
Everyone seems to think if Iran an the USA got in a fight it would be a war? Iraq was a lager power then Iran and they went down like water down a drain if not quicker. Only way there will be a world war will be for a major power to attack a second major power and then it takes the rest of the world to side up with one side or the other. At this time in history there can be no winners in a world war. Life will end. If Iran does have a nuke they can not deliever it so it would just get blown up by a 1000 pound bomb or captured shortly after the police action started.
Nope no race war. More of a my god is bigger then your god war if you ask me.

The conflict that will inevitably occur here in the U.S. will definitely become a race war. Too many races are competing for resources and favor with an ever increasingly ineffective government. When there isn't enough power behind the American "throne" any longer to prevent it, racial war will ensue.

As you see how partisan the responses on war are it looks like we have already pushed people into two band wagons... What a shame!! It is hard to find people who have a reasonalble position on what is happening in the world and are also willing to take a stand for what must not happen.
Most respondents are Western armchair 'intellectuals'. Because they believe that violence is unlikely to touch them, they enjoy bloodshed and wars. But violence has a tendency to take every body into its sweep. I what we are actually destroying is our civilization.

Israel must be careful...all the Muslim countries might join Libanon on this conflict and create a masive war and of course the US will go ahead and help Israel (Their little baby).
