I would say it's fine with parental approval. You might want to find someone to teach you how to wear it first, though.

Im 13 and I think that is great! I actually started wearing it when I was 12. Just don't start with a lot. All I started out wearing was eyeshadow and mascara. If you use Eyeliner it makes you look older and possibly some other things, you don't want that. Maybe you could try eyeliner after you have been wearing makeup awhile.

Of course you should start to wear makeup. All girls are experimenting with makeup at this age. And if your friends aren't then you'll get the jump start on them. Heres what you should do for now, wear a lighter colored eyeshadow that compliments your skin tone, such as light browns or something, then, use eyeliner, if your going to put eyeliner on your top lids then be sure to draw a thin line when doing so, then you should wear eyeliner on your lower lids. But dont go to heavy with the eyeliner when your putting it on, and if you want to top things off, then use a little bit of mascara. One more thing, if you have a type of bronzer, which is a powder like substance, that you apply with a brush, then use it on your cheek bones to give you a sun kissed look. I hope that helped you :)

I started to wear makeup when I was about that age. But only a little. Definitely don't overdo it-ask one of your parents what they think before you leave the house. You should start out with things like a little lip gloss and some mascara. It's too early for foundation and powder. Good luck!

God, I remember those days. I was so excited to wear makeup that I bought the brightest lipstick that I could find--I remember it was Revlon Colorstay in Dragonfruit (eww). I've learned from those mistakes, though. I'm 25 now and have great skin (mostly from years of NOT wearing makeup). I use two coats of mascara and a sheer lip color every day. Perfect.

Since you ares till young try using colors that will only enhance the tones of your skin. Meaning stick to light pinks, light browns and apply very little. You do not want to over do it becasue otherwise your skin will lose it's natural pigment and by the time you are 20 - 25 you will NEED to wear makeup.

Uh yeah you really should start. But at your age you don't need foundation or blush. A cute lip gloss and some natural light brown eye shadow and some mascara. just don't look like you're 4 and playing dressup with dollar store makeup

be patient baby girl, the longer you wait to wear makeup the better your skin will be. If your parents are okay with it get a good water based make up and keep your skin clean. never sleep in makeup and remove it before you play sports, swim etc.
