Please make your mind up - in some questions you are 14, and in others you are 18. It would be much easier if you asked questions honestly.
There is nothing to make a penis bigger - no pills, exercises, potions - but 2 inches is above the medical definition of micro-penis, and is capable of stimulating a woman and implanting semen in order to procreate.

if u r overweight try losing weight will help there r options but id suggest an urologist b4 u try any other options see what they have to offer but i do know being obese takes inches away other than that dunno wut to say
