Best thing to do, dear, is to get some exercise. (Exercise releases serotonin, which is one of our natural anti-depressants).
Take a good long walk, jump rope, do something to work up a sweat. Also takes your mind off "blue" thoughts. Then an invigorating shower.
And an engaging activity: like going through photographs of the many people that are close to you and arranging them properly in new books. Listen to upbeat music (some of your old favorites).
Call an old friend. Call an elderly relative who might need a boost. (Helping others always helps us).
If you have young nieces or nephews or are close to any kids, they are always uplifting: take one to a movie and out for ice-cream, or to a park; or to a museum.
And always have a good book on hand. Can always get lost in a great novel: current recommendation: "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night." You'll be OK!

This isnt the place to find help mama...you need to be strong and know that everything will happen for the best. I think you are scared not depressed, scared of being alone...dont worry its a fear we all have. You should write your feelings and then go to yahoo games and play prime suspects or something fun. Try to make up with your friend and do something right now that'll cheer you up except if it harms yourself. Like watch a comedy it'll give you a good laugh. A movie like the Ringer or dodgeball.

be with your families or call them if they are away from you. cloase friends and relatives. or talked to GOD thru writing in you rnote book telling HIM all your burden and say this. I cast all my cares unto YOu, and He will give you peace and comfort. GOd bless
