100 meters = 1.09361yds

If your speed was constant, a 10.00 100yd time would convert to a 10.93 100 m time. However, the first half of the race is slower than the second half, so an equivalent time would be closer to 10.80-10.85

To get an estimate, multiply a 100yd time by 1.08 or divide a 100m time by 1.08.

well, the difference between a meter and a yard is approx. 3 inches. So if your 100 meter time would be slightly more than your 100 yard time. But, you would have to make sure that the distance you are running is actually 100 meters. they might just be calling it the 100 meter dash when it is 100 yards. But really, they are going to be close enough that you might not notice a difference. Unless you are really good!

100 yards is about 91.5 meters, so the time for 100 yards is about 9/10ths the time of 100 meters.
