i am looking for any cases detailing were medical dr sought the courts help in appointing a gurdian for a child when treatment conflicted with religion

There are Supreme Court Cases on this, but you will probably need access to Lexis Nexis to find it. If you can get a hold of a Constitutional Law book, you will probably find the main case in it. If I can find it, I will let you know.
