Is there another internal card reader that will work for me?

I want to use my internal usb 2.0 port from my PCI card. My motherboard only has a 1.1 connection. The only one I have been able to find is on ebay. Item number 250013180068.

Get the one you found on e-bay. And stay off the computer.

Search newegg.com, they hav a ton of that kind of stuff. Here's one:
