I love rap! I listen to other styles of music but I have listened to rap for a couple of decades now. It has come a long way from drum machines, beat box, to now where they use other songs to mix in. Now the rap stars do TV, movies and clothing lines. Anybody who says it sucks doesn't have an ear for music!
And for all the haters who have answered they hate it in this column, they have no valid point and most have stupid names like "metal drummer" who probably listen to a bunch of screaming and beating the chit out of each other on stage and call it "art"! To say you can't understand it but you understand all that screaming bullchit??? Who's the retard??? Go do some more meth and fut the shuck up!

I absolutely despise rap. It is positively stupid, and makes women seem like they aren't good for anything except for being strippers and being prostitutes. As the online saying goes- RAP= Retards Attempting Poetry

I do not like rap. I don't think it is worth listening too. I like more uplifting music. In most rap music you hear all the bad things about life and what things are not like really.

I grew up with it
I have kno respect for every body that expresses their hate for it
Its not like anyone is forcing them to listen to it

dislike. The lyrics are stupid and i think a lot of it sounds the same and has too similar lyrics to other artists in the same genre.
