Ronnie Brown. The Dolphins are looking to have a seriously legitimate passing threat that all opponents will have to game plan to control. That should give the running game a significantly greater chance to be successful. Both backs are very talented, but the Bucs will be a more conventional, less prone to explosive play-making, and thus I'd still go with Brown. Also, the Dolphins have significantly upgraded their offensive line during the off-season. I really can't think of a good reason to take Carnell Williams over Ronnie Brown. Again, I'm not judging their talent as individuals, but rather how their teams should perform given their respective offensive philosophies and talent.

2005 Stats:---------Carries Yards Y.P.C Long TD

Carnell Williams---290 1178 4.1 71 6

R. Brown-------------207 907 4.4 65t 4

*Note Ronnie Brown's higher Yards Per Carry average and the Dolphins Rushing Yards Per Game average (118.6) versus the Bucs (114.13) in 2005.

Definatly Ronnie Brown, he split carries with Williams last year and still did very well. Cadillac is coming off a fairly serious injury and just simply doesn't look as promising as brown.

Ronnie Brown. He will get all of the carries with Ricky Williams gone.

tough one - everyone is talking about Brown this year, and he does have an easier schedule.

To me, it's really a toss-up, but I'm leaning towards Cadillac. He got a full year's worth of carries, whereas Brown did not. They both play in hot places, and maybe Brown wears down over the course of the season?

I have them ranked #10-#11 so I don't see much difference either way.

I'd say Cadillac but Ronnie Brown has a lot of upside this year, but Cadillac is the safer pick.
