Certainly not all of the dead beats on welfare. They might have to earn their keep in this world and not have everything handed to them. Not the dead beat parents who don't take care of their responsibilities, they might reap what they sow. So I guess that just leaves the working people who take care of their business and handle responsibility the right way.
