It's a common breed, the American Kennel Association calls 'fleabag'. This breed, while useful in junk yards and tied to trailer wheels, is not a breed you want to be seen with at your smart school functions, in front of yuppie mums! Also, do not encourage breeding!

Sounds definitely like an Italian breed. They take dark chocolate, moosh it in with some macaroni...and feed to the biotch before whelping.
