Yes, they do - perhaps a form of alternate identity, or a reflection that the silly thing seems to have a life of its own. Not every guy does, and even fewer will discuss it openly. Sometimes couples choose a name as part of the bonding process, like having 'their' song only more intimate. Typical names are whimsical or slightly suggestive - Willy, Johnny, Peter, Tricky Dicky, Mr. Johnson, etc.

I know one guy who named his Mr ED like after the talking horse except his really stood for (erectile dysfunction) ha ha I thought that was a hoot!! (Its a middle age joke)

lol yea guy's who actually have a lot of good loving name their manhood's. i neva named mine but a lot of people i knew named theirs lol we were a close neighborhood. lol i miss those days all those females...
