I guess the same way you would get yourself off....but unless you stipulated that she couldn't have guests, you are stuck holding your chubby little self....or you could evict her for "erect consilible" differences....

Unless he's causing some sort of problem, you're out of luck. The girlfriend you rent to has say-so on who gets to come into her home. Being a tenant does give you some rights, and that's one of them. So short of not renewing her lease when it's time for that, you've just gotta deal.

Tell some people that you are setting up video cameras.
Give them an eviction notice.
Raise the rent .
