You certainly need to get the police involved. Then, you need to get your name on the list for rape management. This is important because attempted rape is just as serious as rape in most states. Usually the rape management people will send a case worker. This case worker is your ticket to pressing charges. Some of the jackass judges will probably charge him with a misdemeanor, but his name will be in the computer.

Well, you could go to the police. Or if you have some homeboys, you could have him roughed up. Me, if I were around and knew about it, I'd get a few friends together and make him regret it. But it would likely be easier to call the police. Just make sure you have some evidence, whether it's bruises, cuts, abrasions, witnesses, or whatnot.

Tell the police! Tell your parents! Someone else could have been in that same sitch but actually DID get raped by the same person. Or the same guy will try to do it again. Maybe you'll be the only one with the guts to stop him

Stay away from drugs, the drug scene, and anyone related to it. Stay off the streets. If you are a runaway, find a decent shelter as fast as you can. Find a church and ask people to help you. If they can't give you shelter, chances are they will be able to hook you up with people who can.
