You need to research for a well ranked dermatologist around your area or a little further. Call your hospital's dermatology department and find out if they can be of any help. Honestly, I have never heard of it.

You might try going to WebMD and put it in their search engine. That is a wonderful site to get answers to a lot of medical questions.
