I believe the correct answer is B. Here's why:

The renal tubules are parts of the nephrones, where the primary urine is reabsorbed. Thus, the amount of the final urine is about 100 times less than the primary. For instance, the amount of primary urine is about 150 l per 24 hours and of the final - 1.5 l for the same period of time. This means that most of the fluids, processed into the renal tubules pass into the capiliary network, that surrounds it, e.g. the bloodstream.

In the urinary system the renal tubules are not directly connected to the ureters. They join the pelvis at the base of the kidney.
