I want either, but I am on the fence as to which one I should get.

If you must go with a facial piercing, then I would go with the Monroe. Just be sure that is what you want to do - it's on your face and you may always have a scar after you decide you don't want it.
I think belly piercings are cooler...

ok well i really like lower lip piercings better, but looking at your picture i think the monroe would look best on you. ( i have my labret and eyebrow pierced)

i say you should get your toung piered both of the pierings you want look fugly.
