Glucose. (actually during exercise, it's actually from glycogen, the stored form of glucose)... but for all itnensive purposes, glucose.

Both A and C. Certainly glucose is the ready fuel for exercise, but it is also a carbohydrate. Glycogen (another carbohydrate, but a complex one) stored in your muscles is also used as a ready source of energy by your muscles.
