Is it a mole or maybe an old acnemark? I wouldn't try anything store bought until you know exactly what it is. Go and see a dermatologist I am sure they will be able to tell you what it is and the correct way to treat and get rid of it. You really want to put something on your face without professional assistance.

Before thinking in remove it you should go to the dermatologist to make a biopsy because some marks or spots can be cancerous. Also verify if there're cases of cancer in your family or any other relatives with the same mark. Good luck!
