C)Impose a direct income tax
D)Break up the world into small autonomous sectors that, would be similiar to states. Able to pass laws and taxes but still beholden to the higher power
E)Reduce the importance of social sciences in schools and heavily emphasize the hard sciences
F)In the classrooms teach children from an early age the importannce of Honesty, Integrity, Hard-work, and teach them to believe in the concept that they have an internal locus of control (that is they are held responsible for their lives and external factors do not determine their lives)
G)Keep the Bill of rights and institute worldwide
H)Be ruthless with murderers and criminals...that is...crucifiction for murderers, hangings, firing squads, human experimentation
I)End all social programs..no medicare, no healthcare, no welfare
J)Invest in renewable energy resources, Schools, Loans for Buisinesses, Eco-Friendly technologies, buildings, roads, etc
K)A one world-currency, probably code it to people's retina's
L)Fix the third world cesspools...that is have troops to keep peace, have schools to teach civic virtue and knowledge, and low or no interest loans to create or start buisinesses
M)Ambitious space program to move humanity to the stars

10. Actual personal freedom - free speech with NO censorship, etc.

If I were the worlds dictator, the first thing I would do would be to say " There are only two rules, 1 you will obey every order I give, 2 if in doubt refer to rule number 1"

1.)Everyone will give five percent of their income to me. I am their leader, it isn't an easy job, and considering I will work hard and actually enjoy being the leader of the world, I think I deserve five percent of everyone's income.
2.)Free speech-Peaceful protests only-if they turn violent everybody will be gunned down.

4.)Forty hour work week, no more no less
5.)Everyone has a right to a fair trial
6.)The leadership position of Free World Leader is Hereditary
7.) All other laws put into place by one leader, cannot be changed by the leader fills their position after they die, unless by popular vote.

There's alot of good ideas posted already. I'd make Education a Top priority and that of which does not encourage rebellion or tyranny, then give it all to the people, see what they do with that..but someone already did that...GOD, and we Screwed it up.

I would promote world peace. I would create a one world order, disarm everyone but myself, create a one world religion, promote world peace but cause the most wars and death, die, rise again, claim to be god, try to rid the world of anyone who opposes me. I would be the Antichrist.
