Tough to say depends on weight of person driving it, gears etc. Safe to say no more then twenty five. Why dont you clock it with your car while behind it on the street one day.

it depends on the weight of the driver we have one that will carry me 190 lbs at about 25 mph with a 5 hp briggs engine

if it has any gears, you could probably get it up to 35ish. btu it woudl depend on who heavy the driver was, how heavy the kart was etc. . .
but go to your local auto zone or checker, buy some octane booster, and it will give you a slight boost.

honestly...when I was younger I rode a 10 horse go kart that they said went 10mph, so I'm sure it's a bit slow

it depends on how it is geared.Most generally they go about 25 to 30 miles per hour
