i would jump off because i am a good swimmer.
stay close so i could talk to everyone.
then try to convince everyone else we should take turns swimming so we could save all of us. one at a time swim for an hour or so.
use people's clothes, blow them up to make flotation devices for the person who is in the water on their turn.

The adults take turns floating off the side of the raft and holding on. This way 4 are in the raft, one holds on for support.
In taking turns, the stronger ones are able to help save the weaker, younger ones...

Floating the water and holding on the the raft will reduce the weight on the raft. I'd ask the firefighter to join me in the water.

I wouldn't push anyone off. I would have myself, the nun, and the firefighter rotate being in and out of the raft, holding on but swimming. The child and pregnant woman are too vulnerable, but the other three of us can take turns and chance it.

Depends...if the firefighter is in all his gear, I'd make him get naked. If that didn't work, I'd get out and just hang on to the raft until I got tired then make the firefighter take a turn of hanging on behind it.

i am gonna try to answer this by method of elimination.
Definitely not a child or a pregnant woman
The ones that remain and me.. the firefighter and the nun..
Now i would see who has more to live for. If the nun i 80 and Mr. firefighter and myself are in our 20's...then i am sorry but the nuns got to go. But if the nun is in her 20's she is safe and then its a toss between me and the firefighter.

I agree with Laurel F & mimilundgren's way of thinking outside the box, or boat, in this case. Take turns. There's always a way if you put your mind to it.

No. This is an old one. I would take turns with the strongest survivors swimming along side with a rope and life preserver.
