I've had mine for only 2 months & they ripped today! I always wash em on gentle and hang dry. They weren't too tight (always had to use a belt) and they didn't even rip along a seam! They just ripped in the back, which leads me to believe the fabric sucks! Fluke, or what? I've never had this happen with any other brand!

Could have been a "flaw" in the denim material, that is all. I am sure it happens to the best jeans...from LEE to 7's. LEI jeans are a competitive brand....you just might of gotten a "bad" pair. It happens. Sometimes in preparing the material or dying, a weak thread area will be compromised due to that processing...if you still have the receipt (?) try returning them to the store where you purchased them. Complain....it might be worth a try.

I can find LEI jeans at a discount store I sometimes go to. They may be close to $30 at department stores, but the quality is horrible, which is why at the discount store they are less than $10. I like old navy jeans (the lowest cut they have, the others are way too high) Gap, and when I can find them cheaply J. Crew. Generally, the thicker the fabric the longer the pants will last, and the more expensive the jeans, the thicker the fabric.

I used to always wear LEI's and they would always rip in the back around where the pockets are. Every single pair did that. Plus they shrink like crazy and are always way too tight. I say you should stick with another brand from now on. They're really nothing great.

Just because they are cheap doesn't necessarily mean that they are poorly made. I have bought a few pairs there before and they were just fine. They have some good t-shirts too. I've heard many times before that usually, cheaper is better. Hope that helps. And as for the inseam sizes, you could always just look online. I'm sure there is something on there about the sizes.

I had some very good reputable jeans do this too, it sucks! I have found that the jeans from outlet stores do not hold out as good but from the mall or good department stores do. Good luck girlie! :)

They aren't the best jeans, but they shouldn't have done that. Write to the company and see what they suggest. They should give you a refund.

i've had lei's for years. it might just be a fluke. if you got them for jcp, you can take them back and tell them what happened. i would even try contacting l.e.i. and let them know what happened.

I think they suck. They rip easily and they fit weird
