jog...it works! Start at 1k or.5k, depending on how much excercise you're used to, then go up from there. I started at .8k at the beginning of July, and I'm up to 2.4k now. Plus its really good for keeping you fit and getting rid of flab!

swimming laps will help, just try to go a little farther each day. also long distance running can do it but it jars the joints where swimming doesnt, and bicycling does it too. just dont over do it .
