I live in NYC, and every time I take to train to go to work, there's gotta be at least 90% of the subway trains filled with women going to work, only a handful of us men I see going to work. Is that situation going around the country, or even globally? What's the problem here? What do you think?

I think right now women are dominating this country because most of the men that were available are dying at war. furthermore men have gotten big responsibility to do, so most men are not going to college. My future college is made up of 65% that are women and only 35% is men. So right now it is the women world.

Men have gotten lazy. They'll go back to work when they realize being a stay-at-home parent is another grunt job. Low / no pay and zero respect.

And no, there are still a good deal of countries where it's traditional for the men to work while the wife stays home so it's not global.

It's a result of the Civil Rights Movement, dude. Companies want to avoid lawsuits so they went into hiring minority males and then as the job market changed and manufacturing jobs went overseas, they then began hiring females because there were few males to interact with and females are more likely to sue just as minorities were.

Thus, your own movement has left you high and dry. Personnel managers are always always females and they take care of their own, you better believe it.

They're also getting promoted quicker...I have been passed up twice for women...both of which had considerably less experience and education.

I think the difference is they both have breasts and I don't :)
