fist, you find a good dark brown eyeshawdow that is almost black but not quite (if it is u will look like you have a black eye) and apply it close to the lash line

then u take a eyeshawdow a shade or two lighter than ur first brown and apply that on your lid

apply black eyeliner accross your upper lash line (using liquid liner) and smudge with a q-tip

apply two coats of mascara

to make ur eyes look even better apply a white contouring shawdow along ur brow line

good luck!

Apply a deeper color, something darker than your skin..usually brown, Grey or black... make sure that you use a lighter coordinating color along with the dark one.

Apply the darker shadow underneath your lower lid to Aline with your lower eyelashes. Use a dark eyeliner to apply along your eye and some on the inner edge of the your lower lid... that will shape your eyes and make it look smokey

Use a black or charcoal pencil or shadow to draw a line along the upper lash line. Then brush a line of dark shadow on top of the liner, smuge the lines with a cotton swab. Use a shadow brush to sweep grey or silver shadow from lashes up to the creases and blend in just above the crease. Brush on a quarter-inch thick line of dark shadow along the lower lash lines with a different cotton swab, Curl lashes and brush two coats of mascara.
