AJ went to the Green Bay Packers wit the 5th pick of the draft. I'm an OSU fan and , don't worry. The Buckeyes don't rebuild anymore (like they did with their previous coach)... with Tressel, they just reload. I DO have a feeling that their lack of pursuit of a local kicking superstar (he has hit from beyond 65 yards in practice), and tied the Ohio state boys HS record for longest FG will come back to haunt him someday as he signed with...that team up north. Tressel usually has a good kicker (the last two got drafted), but this year, the cupboard looks bare...

AJ Hawk, the All American Outside Linebacker from Ohio State, was drafted by the Green Bay Packers with the 5th pick in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft. This week it was announced that the Packers and Hawk came to terms on a 6 year $37.5 million deal. Hawk had a big week, not only did he sign that big contract, but he married the sister of Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn.
