.94 miles divided by .25 (common length of 1 lap of a track) is 3.78. So you ran .94 miles in 12 minutes over 3.7 laps.

happy running!

You probably ran .94 miles if you went for 12 minutes and are thirteen years old. 3.7 is either laps or miles per hour (probably laps).

Usually if you read the screen carefully, you can tell what the numbers mean. Don't pay attention to stuff like "Watts", but you might find "Calories" useful because it showed how many extra food calories you burned while working out.

Also, do you know what speed you're going. Then it's easy to do a conversion to figure out how fast you run a mile. Keep up the good work and you should be able to run farther over time, and also be able to do a mile in much less time.

velocity paintings and endurance paintings are 2 separate issues. with a view to truly get a education recurring, look up what a pace run is, what a Fartlek run is, and what an era run is. integrate those with a protracted-term, a mild day, and an afternoon without work, and you will have a especially sturdy thank you to prepare. in case you're on a team, take the exercises heavily, and the mild days mild. Going mild on work out days and heavy on restoration days does not even out.
