yes you can
all you need to do is go to
tools -> internet options -> and then enter your web page and that`s it all done

Yes. Click on the 'Tools ' tab at the top of the screen and under 'Internet Options' type in the web page you want to be your home page. If your in the page you want to be your home page click use current and it will set it as your home page.

Yes you can. Go to settings-control panel- internet options, under general it should say "You can choose which page to use for your home page" then copy and paste the link

if you mean the first page that appears when you load your browser then yes....

If you are on IE then click on Tools then Options and you should be able to type in an address into the "home page" Bar.

If you are using FireFox, click on Tools, then Options then the General Tab and type in your address in "Location"

yes you can, I made yahoo my homepage, what I did was that while I was looking for some information on yahoo, I noticed that on the side it said.....would you like to make yahoo your homepage, I clicked on it , and that was all, the same goes for any other page you want.

yes - go into preferneces/properties of your browser and change home page - you'll see it set to some stupid defualt - netscape is set to netscape home page and on and on
