If by lost your license you mean you can't find it, just go the the DMV and get a replacement. If your license was taken, attempting to get a license in another state without disclosing that fact is fraud.

No, yet another state can't droop your out-of-state, yet they are able to droop your privilege to function a motorcar interior of that state. additionally, if that state has a reciprocal settlement with your place state, your place state would droop your license per their decision. If the different state is reciprocal with your state, then their DMV computers will communicate with those of your place state, and if the offense for which you're convicted is severe adequate, your state would then droop your license.

I think it will depend on if the state you're planning on moving to works with the state you're currently living in. I know that if you lost your license in Nevada, California won't give you one. You may want to contact the state and find out. Good luck! :) ~Kendra Leigh

No, if you licence has been revoked or suspended in one state it is illegal to attempt or to get one in another state.
also you would have to actually be a resident of a state to get a licence there, trying to pretent would be illegal fruad also.
