need directions to make neclaces from raw potatoes?

raw potatoes are peeled and sliced like french fries then each slice is cut inti squares put on toothpicks and stuck in a stryfoam cup to dry for severl days. The squares must be turned on the tooth pick so they don't stick to the toothpick. After they are dried they are coated with something. Nail polish I think. I don't remember the rest of the directions.

that is pretty amazing i have never heard of it but if i had to guess i would think that this is how it would go
coat them with modge podge and then go over them with the desired color of nail polish. take a needle and string and string the potatoes onto the string and you haev a encklace.
