So u don't die early. It is proven that if ur not active, ur body and brain will atrophy, and consequently, depression will set in. Then it's only a matter of time 'til u die, or become a burden on others caring for u. But if ur active, it is believed u'll be healthier, and happier, and keeping ur body aand mind sharp, and increasing ur longevity.

so your life doesn't pass by you...in other words, so you don't waste your life. also, an active lifestyle keeps you healthy and engergetic whereas an inactive one can lead to many health problems and lazy tendencies. you'll most likely live longer w/an active lifestyle.

Plus, if you're female, weight can be a major factor in fertility (males too)
