Why is it that fat women always sing so well?

It is not so. The singing capacity of any person depends on the skill he/she is having. Another important thing is the nature of his/her vocal cord. By skillful practice only, one can become a good singer. In india, slim female singers are available in plenty.

Because it's not over until the fat lady sings! If you wanna go home, she better sing. And since she has to sing, she may as well do it well.

Because they have large well working vocal cords, as compared to small not so large vocal cords. And the fat on their faces allows their throat to vibrate thus making reverbarto easy.

i agree!!! And I also don't know. My sister's friend Natalie is like 350 pounds and she sings SO well.

Probably for the same reason that BOOM-BOXES guys put in their cars are so big!
Maybe the bigger the container ....the better the sound.

because their voice come out from a strong well covered throat
