I don't think its available. I went to the 20/20 site and did not find it.
There is a website for the gia carangi project and it seems to have a link to the 20/20 video that is on youtube.com

Try the 20/20 site. Most shows like that I've heard that you can buy them. It usally is around $30 I think. I don't know. I've never bought one.

www.tvtorrents.com is a great site although to download you will need to get a torrent program like azurious or bit-tornado. Watch out for spy-ware though, as some torrents can be bad there.
