What is the best facial moisturizer and/or lip plumper you've found?

The best two over-the-counter, most reputable and economical brands are Oil of Olay and Revlon.

I've used Chanel for years and it works great. As far as lip plumper, try Victoria's Secret, or one that sephora has called lip venome or Estee lauder... All others that I have tried before, were not so effective.

well i use origins wich is all natural but i think olay is good
