If i like walk on the tredmill at like 3 mph for like an hour and eat like only 1000 cal. per day and purge out (throw up) most of these calories how much will i lose in like a week?

Woah whoah whoah girl! NEVER EVER throw up! I have a whole bunch of good reasons why! For one: you will get the skinny fat look. Basically you will look skinny but still fat because you look so weak and sick. Two: you will be VERY VERY unhealthy. You might as well be fat because you have about the same chance of looking good. Three: It can cause unreversable damage. Four: it WILL damage your metabolism! Basically it is plummet because ur body will starve and take on a defense mechanism to save food. So then anything you DO eat after wards will turn DIRECTLY to fat... Five: you will have a sore throat all the time and it will burn like hell causing you ALOT of pain... Six: ...um... you could DIE if it is bad enough.... Seven: it's just not cool, there is a reason why celebs that do this get hell from the tabloids, basically because what they just did is something bad. It looks desperate, pathetic, and just plain SAD... thus people will not have respect for you. Nine: you are more inclined to FREAK out because of the need to fulfill your hunger, thus you will totally binge and then EVERYTHING will immediately go to fat because your body is on a defensive mechanism.

So to sum it up. You will lose weight at first, but you will level off because there is only so much ur body can lose before freaking out and wanting to do what it can to survive. Your subconscious mind is VERY powerful and will try to force you to gain weight easily.

The best way to loose weight is a SLIGHT calorie defect with PROPER dieting and exercise. This would mean eating alot of fruits and veggies with low in fat meats such as Talapia fish! Also low in fat dairy products like yogurt is also wonderful.

Also eating small portions but 6 times a day will keep the metabolism up because it will TRICK the body into thinking it needs to get RID of EXCESS weight to survive. Thus, because what you just ate has little fat content it will just pass through like nothing ever happened and u get the bonus of boosting the metabolism so it kills of other fat cells in the process!

Next the proper exercise. You DO NOT need tons of equipment do get a great body but some things do help. I like ankle and wrist weights while I run. The thing about treadmills or just running in general is as u run and loose weight, well.... you lose weight. This means you have to work HARDER to KEEP loosing because the body will get used to doing so much worse plus less work which math proves as: hey the body isn't loosing anymore weight!... The way to curve this is using weights every once in a while and increasing as you go.

Using your muscles burns fat PLUS ALSO increases metabolism. So now you have a double whammy boosting the metabolism. You're gonna burn baby, burn lol.

The more WEIGHT work you do the more you will burn. Don't worry about bulking up and looking like a dude. It is impossible for a woman unless they are super hauling @$$ like bench pressing 250 and taking steroids. Some simple 3lbs or even 10lbs won't do that to you. What WILL happen is instead of getting the 'fat' skinny look you will get the healthy HOTT awesome body everyone will be jealous of.

Trust me, I used to be fat. I weighed 210 at my peek. I lost all the way down to 120. I started loosing when I was 16--- i stayed at 175 until I was 18 when I started doing research on the Internet and i started loosing weight like a snake shedding a skin. I started last November and I got to 120 in March. So in 5 months I went from 175 to 120. Pretty nice, eh?

Purging will ruin your teeth.. For losing weight quick just start eating really lean and basic things at mealtime, like a chicken breast and some vegetables, and don't eat any carbs after 5pm. You will start losing weight pretty quick.

If you are taking in zero calories bcz you are throwing up all your food you could loose about 3 1/2 lbs and become very ill. You will gain the weight right back and just be left being ill and weak.

eat proper diet wth enough fruits, vegetables, proteins and carbs and do exercises which you like
