There have been many parties running for president each election period. I think you're talking about a third major party. It's been tried before with very little success. Ross Perot tried it in 1992 and he just might have won if he didn't turn cloth and bail out at the last minute. It could happen again but not in our lifetime. It's like anything, it takes generations for things to change.

Sell fighter planes to Taiwan (3 billion dollars worth)so they can be ready to blow up North Korea. But we will not stop the genocide in Africa. A change is due.

i do no longer think of there is unquestionably one of those situation as a practicable 0.33 social gathering. that's regrettably, yet maximum pass in and pull a lever and little or no thought is going into it. on an identical time as on the outdoors it may appear like a good situation, it might basically reason extra issues then it might remedy. For one situation if no social gathering had a majority in congress it might set off off extra desirable payoffs to the swing votes to get legislations via. it might additionally complicate and water down the vote so as that in keeping with possibility a extra clever candidate could no longer get elected with the aid of fact it might split the vote 3 strategies instead of two. So in my view no usa isn't waiting to have a 0.33 social gathering.

Yet it won't happen in 2008. Hillary Rodham Clinton is the next POTUS.
