Don't let them sell into the United States if they do or employ people that are outside the Country.

America is based on Freedom and Capitalism ...

There is only so much that our government, both local and federal, can do to regulate business. If we the people start boycotting the companies that do more than 30% of their business overseas, it would have an impact. However, we all buy what we want, when we want and have no thought for the affect.
There will either have to be a threat or reward for the companies for anything to change.

**I do think, however, that any government based employer should be prohibited from doing anything overseas! FYI - DSHS (welfare) helpdesk is in India! What sense does that make??? There are many welfare recipients who would like the jobs but they are given to people in India...

I don't think there is a way to do because of the way businesses over seas work and how they have a lower trade rate possibly but I am not totally sure but just guessing.

One major way is by implementing the fair tax schedule (national sales tax) go back to a more traditional free market system.

Build up the economies of the other countries so it is no longer worth paying foreignors instead of Americans.
