Try the advice above, but in the process try to resign yourself to the possibility that you can't get it out all the way. Rubbing alcohol is another product to try, but there is no guarantee of success.

Call a few Dry Cleaners and ask if they can remove it. Don't ask how, cause they won't tell you. If it can be removed, then take it to them and let the Pro's do it.
