I think Dale Jr will make the chase. He has had some bad luck, but the next 6 races are tracks that he always does good at. He isn't to worry about not being in the chase and I don't think anyone else should be either. He is only in 11th there is still plenty of time to get back in the chase. GO JR!!!

The guy has come a long way. He has also been through allot that the fans don't see or even realize. This is the first year back with Eury and, compared to last year, they are doing great. I can't tell you how long its been since I've seen the Jr team work the entire race and make the car better every time. There not out yet and I think they have a chance. Bad luck falls on every one, he's just getting most and I think by overcoming it, he will finally prove he is worthy of a championship and to be known as one of the best. The crew is not giving up, the fans aren't gonna give up, and I know he wont either. All I can say is be prepared for on heck of a chase if he does make it.

I sure hope so! He's got the talent to get back in the chase. Theirs plenty of races left. He had two bad weeks that's all. Most other races he was running up in the top 5's and top 10's. It got him up to forth in the standings. He's only 1 spot out of the chase now. One good race and he's back in the running for the chase.
I don't think theirs anyone to blame besides bad luck in just the two races. One was a blown engine in which he hasn't had problems with all season. The second he had an idiot driver take him out of the race. So I think you can call it bad luck. All you can do is sit back and hope for the best in the upcoming races. Count on something good happening, maybe not a championship, but I think he'll come pretty close.

I sure hope so! A couple of good finishes and he should be in it for sure.
I am so tired of people saying he is not as good as his dad and never will be. Dale Jr has NEVER compared himself to his dad so why don't ya'll just back off of this for once and all? He has never claimed to be as good as his dad nor has he ever said he will be better a driver than his dad. Also for all the people who say Junior has such a big fan base because all his dad's fans are now his fans... Is that Junior's fault? Did anyone force the fans to start cheering for him? Quit blaming the guy for his popularity. He is a likeable guy; I know people who many not root for Junior but they admit he is a good guy and that he races clean and will take responsiblity for his mistkaes. If you read his interviews you will find out that he is overwhelmed by it all.

DID YOU all MISS ME? PocaNoses was NICE
I don't know about JR......but we know now who will be sitting (Floating) like a BUTTERFLY and just finishing 8th (stinging like a bee-or a frozen Popsicle) I think JJ (Johnson) will be now IN cruise control until the last 2/3.....then he'll get THE GREEN-LIGHT

He will probably make it! I think it is a little of all of them as a team! Although, I think Jr.'s worst enemy is his car, he has had so many car issues that he and the team have little control over!

probably, but that's as far as he will go. He's not living up to the legend. He will never be as good as Dale Sr.
