Well tell her ''I am really sorry, i know ur nice and everything but i dont want to be your friend anymore...If you could change ur manners maybe, but is just that i dont like the way u r, so lets move on." Thats all, shes not gonna kill or eat u.

Well if you don't feel like being blunt and just telling her...
What I have done a few times is just don't call a person or accept their calls...AND don't go to places I know they go to... some they get the picture then again some people don't get it and U just have to let know know that your are seeking new friends with more potential or whatever etc than they have
