Prenups are ways out of marriage with your money. If you go into marriage thinking "if it doesn't work out I can always get a divorce." It most definitely will end that way. Marriage is supposed to be forever. Unfortunately, lots of times it gets rough and it is easier to bail out then to work it out. Prenups are for the rich that want the party of having a wedding with no strings attached.

Good Question! You would have to think they do. They went in the marriage knowing it might not work. That's why theres a prenup'!

its not about contracts, its about morals, so it just depends on the people getting married and how they feel about marriage in the first place on how long it will last, if they dont respect their vows, then they will break their vows, plain and simple with or with out stipulations binding them..
