I had a 6 year old by the time I was 22. Now I am 34. Worked to survive.
You are never too young and never too old. I have friends that are younger and friends that are older. I party and go to concerts and ride my motorcycle. I look after my kids and have a professional job and hang out with people 20 to 40 years older than me talking about history and astrology and spirituality.
Do whatever you want. If you don't like any of the things you are presented with, then you must search out something new to learn. Some new places to hang out.

get a career, and start going to college, but you are too young to start a family. Partying, as in drinking some wine and hanging out with friends, probaly not a good idea. But it's a good idea to go out and look for a boyfriend if you want to. If you are bored with yourself, go get a puppy or do a little babysitting to get you ready to raise a kid. That's the kind of stuff i did, and i am 27 with one daughter, and i am single!

When you buy a used car most people are more interested in the miles on the odometer than the date on the registration. So be yourself, forget the date on the registration (your age) and put a few miles on the odometer (party, travel, go to school, etc.). Remember, growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional. All you have to do is opt out.

Been there, done that. In my twenties, I felt so lost, that I just started serious work and attended college. While there, I met plenty of people my own age range, and formed new friendships. If this doesn't sound good to you, try some sort of volunteer work, or maybe a gaming group, (darts, bowling, cycling, gym) and try to meet others your own age. You'll find the twenties can be very rewarding and fun.

You're not too old to do anything. Most normal people are starting a career at 24. It is never too late to go into further study.

Find a way to travel while you're still young and not tied down. If you can't afford it, try a flight attendant school or humanitarian mission trip/peace corps.
