If you went full time, you could complete the Jr College curriculum in 2 years, and the BA in an additional 2. It is very important to check with the BA-granting university and determine which classes they will grant you transfer credit for, and what there distribution and proficiency requirements are (these are what you will take at the jr college, English, math, some introductory sciences and humanities) in order to make sure that you don't end up taking more of one thing and less of another than you should have.
Since you will be studying part-time, you'll need to decide how many credit hours per semester you'll be able to take, on average. I'm going to assume you're on a semester-based system (2 semesters per year), since those are the most common. Full time, at 15 hours per semester, taking summers off, you would finish in 4 years (with 120 credits 15*2*4) with careful planning). If you take 10 hours per semester, plan on 6 years total, at 5 hours per semester, plan on 12 years. Of course, you can probably take summer courses at both the jr college and university, which could allow you to finish an extra 3-9 credits per year, and take a year or two off your total.

Since you said part time it really depends on how many hours you take a semester usually it take 2 years of community college and 2 years of university but it could take longer or less if you go to summer school.

Be sure your advisor knows you want all your credits to transfer to a 4-year college or university. Many states have an 'articulation agreement' between community colleges and 4-year colleges. If you plan carefully, ALL your credits will transfer, but if you don't you may have to take longer to finish the BA degree. Your advisor should be able to help, and if he or she doesn't seem efficient, switch advisors fast!

You can do it in five or six years if you ensure (beforehand) that the courses you take in that specific community college will transfer to the university that you plan on attending. If you're going part-time, consider taking one or two classes each summer to get your program completed more quickly.

Depends on how many hours you take each semester. If you're going part time (less than 12 hours), probably 5-6 years if you're degree requires more than 120 hours
