what is go go dancing exactly and how can I get started becoming a Go Go dancer?

1st question is can you dance? if you think so, go to some of your favorite clubs that have dancers, ask them to give you the info of the company that they work for. You will have to audition for the person that runs or books for the company, but if you have skills and look good in the costumes..you are golden!

go to a dance physic and see if you have a future in dancing
then if you do take ballet lessons
once you have become graceful and have balance
take jazz to get rythm
then take hip hop for isolation technique
and add it all together
then go into your room. and FREESTLYE LIKE THERE AINT NO TOMORROW

go go dancers are the years-ago women who worked in what would be strip joints now. they are now called strippers and the laws are a bit different now.

it would be a bit like asking how you can get a job as a stewardess. they are called flight attndants now and their job descriptions have changed somewhat.

if your not comfortable with the stripper-thing, you should check out Burlesque dancing, its a bit classier dancing that began around the 1920's, and instead of showing your bum its all about the thrill of the tease, so youre covered for the most part. ( ie, holding two enormous faux white bird wings while dancing and moving them seductively around your body so that they see you, but not ALL of you)
