I am looking for any bylaws within the Texas bylaws that give the rights to board members in an non-profit organization that can take and remove a CEO from there postion with out jeperdising the organization.

Look in your corporation by-laws.
CEO's are normally elected once a year.

If you are trying to remove a CEO of a non profit organization, you need to check in the bylaws of the organization. They would detail the causes the board would have to remove a CEO. You would also have to be able to prove the charges.

The organizations bylaws govern removal of officers. The state shouldn't matter. The board can probably vote to replace any officer for any reason. Unless they violated their contract, they may have to be paid for the remained of the contract.
