Mr. Fantastic.
I love Cap, but come on. Reed's body can absorb any physical impact, making any blow Cap can deliver at him seem like a mosquito bite. Meanwhile, Reed can tangle Cap up, and probably tie him up and toss him around, like a rag doll.

Mr fantastic would so kick cap but, for a few reason one captain may have military train and be the perfect human but reed can stretch his body like crazy and cap couldn't even hurt him shield and hit hits would bound off, two reed can stretch so much he can put Ben in a full nelson that Ben can't get out of and Ben would slaughter captain, three reed is the smartest man a live in marvel and captain may be an OK leader but is not nearly as smart. and last but not least captain America sucks

Although I like Captain America better, Mr. Fantastic would win. Reed's elasticity would wrap around Cap's body, cutting off air flow. Cap would die of suffocation. 'nuff said.
